10.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, I-VAL-U shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Digital Product, or from the outputs generated by third-party LLMs using our instructions.
10.3 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless I-VAL-U from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal actions arising out of your use of the Digital Product, your deployment of the AI outputs generated using our instructions, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the use of the Website, or the purchase of the Digital Product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
12. Severability
If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
